Pagero ended last year with comfortable victories at Huntingdon and Doncaster but has gone up 15lb in the weights. Roar is still unexposed over hurdles and went close at Bangor last week but veteran HALLINGS COMET looked as good as ever when just caught by Shiroccan Roll here last month and this is his time of year. Magical Thomas will be all the better for a run on the Flat in June and Jacamar is slipping towards a decent mark but hasn’t raced since February.
