In depth

Verdict

Jaytrack Parkhomes should be winning soon but ended the last campaign with a second over fences. At Its Own Expense is another who will be back over the larger obstacles sooner rather than later but Bootlegger won at Doncaster in January and ran well over this trip at Kempton later. Parody won twice over course and distance last summer and a recent second at Bangor should have blown away any cobwebs. DOUBLY CLEVER (NAP) bolted up here 12 days ago, despite Luca Morgan dropping his whip on the home turn. It will be disappointing if he can’t go close again, despite a 7lb rise.
