      Verdict

      A open contest to end proceedings but East Coast Lady’s recent win came over 7f and Coral Sea is upped in class and raised 8lb for winning at Goodwood. Magical Dreamer also won a lower grade sprint when successful at Leicester but beat Parlance in a maiden last year. The latter drops back down in trip after a comeback run over 7f but CARTOGRAPHER finished a close-up third over today’s distance on the Turf at Lingfield on her handicap debut - she gets the nod with Silvestre De Sousa on board today. Brighton winner In Ken's Memory failed to cope with a 6lb rise last time and Storm Cry has yet to win a handicap.
