WESTWITHTHENIGHT improved significantly from her Newbury debut when runner-up at the same venue last time behind impressive scorer Estrela. The latter scored decisively but the Haggas charge showed plenty of ability, was clear of the remainder and can go one better. Balady has shown up well the last twice, looks nailed on for a maiden and should definitely be in the shake-up once again, whilst Coplow, Cockney Rhyme and Frosty Secret have all shown promise on their respective outings. However, a number of choice home-bred newcomers are on show too and the market should prove instructive, notably regarding the Stoute duo of Fleur De Cactus and Proximity, John Gosden's Starscope and Roger Varian's Muzdaan.
