We will side with Rohaani, with Zero Tolerance, Duck Row and Tabadul suggested as others to consider. Raised just two pounds for a very good run in a competitive Newbury handicap, the previously unbeaten Rohaani looks a major player here, although he's unproven on soft. Zero Tolerance loves these conditions and comes here on the back of a good course and distance run. St Petersburg has nearly two lengths to find on that form, with Duck Row, who ran on from off the pace and who cannot be discounted, further behind. El Tiger holds claims on his German form, while Audience is now well-handicapped based on his midsummer win, and he acts on soft. Nero's Return is not too far above a winning mark, but Granston seems to prefer faster going, while Tabadul is lightly raced and open to some improvement so warrants respect. Prize Fighter is weighted to get the better of Rohaani based on Sandown June form, but he has shown little form since. All of which analysis returns us to the selection, which is, indeed, Rohaani, although we do have a going concern.
