    Verdict

Nigel won by a neck on his latest start to land a double at Brighton. But he’s upped in class off a higher mark for this and ERHAAF is preferred. The latter made a winning start when scoring at Chelmsford back in March and Owen Burrows’ charge should have improved during the interim. Wild Hacked drops down a grade after a fourth over track and trip and can figure while Shell Bay was placed in this grade on the all-weather last time. The Gay Cavalier faces a more difficult task today and Brorocco was beaten in maiden company recently.
