      Verdict

      None of these have threatened of late let alone won so only a token vote goes to ALWAYS SUMMER with improvement likely as James Fanshawe’s filly makes her handicap debut. The same comment applies to Iona Island while Pennerley finished a bit closer in handicap company at Lingfield last time. Duck A L'orange has gone close at Leicester off a similar mark but that was back in May and the remainder are even harder to fancy in an unappealing contest.
