Some progressive three-year-olds face the starter in this with High Church going on the short-list after recovering from a tardy start to win easily at Leicester. Gothic made late headway behind Battersea at Ascot last time but a direct line through the winner gives Nabatean a similar chance on today's terms. Donny Rover and Almashooqa have more to do than when winning here and Chester respectively last time but Haydock scorer Saarrem is unexposed on Turf and could be interesting. Godolphin has won two of the last three renewals and the boys in blue have FAMOUS KID in the line-up this year. His recent win came on the Polytrack but that was his first run since May and it looks as though he's been kept back for an autumn campaign. Min Alemarat and Soviet Courage look best of the rest.
