Say What You See comes out the best of these on official ratings and might just be able to dominate matters, but Backwell, Wozzeck, Caroubier and Bishops Finger will all have their supporters. Lightly raced, the selection won a Bath maiden in May wearing a first-time visor. He likes to front-run and, with question marks about his main opponents, might be able to see them all off. Backwell has the services of Kieren Fallon but has tended to pull hard in the past. That could count against him and he is unproven at the distance, his sole win to date having come on the all-weather. Wozzeck showed promise at two but has disappointed so far this season and is now tried in first-time blinkers. Caroubier has won four times, but only once on turf, that coming over a mile at Salisbury. Darryll Holland has been booked, which is a plus point, but he too is unproven at the trip. Bishops Finger's two wins have come on the all-weather at Lingfield but at least he is proven at the trip. This could prove to be his best distance on turf and he could well give the selection the most to do. Harry Anchor has a lot to find on official ratings and will be available at long odds despite the first-time visor. Overall, then, Say What You See gets the nod.
