In depth

Verdict

A very competitive fillies sprint can go to top weight BELATED BREATH. After missing the break in the Great St Wilfrid at Ripon, she came right back to her best when beating Goodnight Girl at Salisbury and had more in hand than the winning margin suggests. Molls Memory is very tough but has been beaten off lower marks in her last three starts. Stiff tracks suit Gale Force Maya and she lost nothing in defeat off this mark at Pontefract last time behind Lady Of Aran, who is now penalised. Restless Rose also carries 5lb extra following her win in a Class 5 at Yarmouth but Whisper Aloud and Chil Chil are relatively unexposed. Irene May and Lady Calcaria are others worth a second look.
