Aakef, Saucy Brown and Thunderous Mood make most appeal in this maiden and the vote is given to Aakef. The selection hails from a yard that are flying at present and although they have yet to have a 2-year-old winner this season, they have only had two runners so far. This colt is well-bred and he looks the one they have to beat. Saucy Brown is another interesting newcomer from the Richard Hannon yard who have a 26 per-cent strike-rate with their 2-year-olds this season. He is certainly one to note in the market, along with Thunderous Mood as he is another who hails from a yard with a good strike-rate this season. Love You Louis looks the best of those with racecourse experience, but it will be disappointing if this does not go to a newcomer and we will side with Aakef as the one to beat.
