Golden Delicious has every chance with an apprentice negating her 3lb rise for winning at Salisbury earlier this month but she has plenty to find at the weights on earlier form with BONNIE BRAE. The latter has been given a short break since winning on the July course here and David Elsworth's filly is taken to follow up. Directorship is upped in class in his bid for a hat-trick so stablemate Woodcote Place makes more appeal having gone close in this grade at Goodwood recently.
