Verdict
Ametist had to battle to complete a hat-trick here last month but the form has worked out quite well with the fourth having been placed in last week's Buckingham Palace Stakes at Ascot. Fox Champion won here in 2019 and followed up in a Group 2 in Germany. He's well up to this level at his best as is On A Session though the latter hasn't won for two years, a remark that also applies to KIMIFIVE. Joseph Tuite's charge has run very well at Goodwood and Epsom in recent weeks and gets the nod though Dulas, a winner at Goodwood last month but not suited by Epsom last time, is another to consider.
