Verdict

POGO is a tough front-runner and won a couple of Group 3 races at the start of the summer. He was a game second in this last year and it would be no surprise to see him go one better today. Tempus is in the form of his life and looks a threat while Potapova came good against her own sex in the Atalanta Stakes at Sandown. Mutasaabeq has twice gone close in this grade this season and is another to consider while Oscula is an ultra-consistent filly who is taking her racing well.
