Havana Blue won over 7f on the Rowley Course in May then on this track last month and a 6lb rise looks manageable, as does the extra furlong. Course and distance winner DUTCH DECOY has been placed at this level in his last three starts and looks certain to be thereabouts so gets the nod. Hafeet Alain made all for a comfortable course and distance victory on good to soft last month so further rain would aid his cause but Justice Protocol's five victories have all been on the all-weather, most of them at Jebel Ali.
