In depth

Verdict

This looks wide open but ABBADIA went close to making all at Beverley on last month’s handicap debut and should be thereabouts at the finish once again. Carvetii was narrowly beaten at Leicester while Liberty Mountain wasn’t beaten far at Yarmouth but Wadi Bani never troubled the winner when second over 6f at Windsor. Chalk Mountain won a lower grade contest at Wolverhampton while there was little between Aurora Dawn and Topo Chico at Lingfield last time. Oriental Dancer returns to action with a shout while House Of Dragons and Raven's Applause may improve making their handicap debuts.
