The last four favourites have won this so the betting should provide the best guide. CAPTAIN CAT didn't have much chance against Noble Mission at Newbury but ran well for a long way and should have come on enough for the run to take this. Plastiki hated the heavy ground at Pontefract and was never involved after a slow start but Tharawal has shown promise on Polytrack and looks a threat. Trend Is My Friend played up before the start and was very green during his debut at Kempton but was noted staying on and can do better and though Wildomar was well beaten in the Wood Ditton that form has worked out well. Lahaag looks a newcomer to keep an eye on for the future.
