Verdict

Martin Chuzzlewit came unstuck in Listed company in September having won his maiden in good style at Sandown before that. He'll be a popular choice on his handicap debut but a chance is taken on MAIN SEQUENCE. David Lanigan's charge is being brought quietly along and, though he may not prove good enough to take up an entry in the Dante, he won won a handicap at this track in October with the minimum of fuss and is open to any amount of improvement. Ahzeemah just failed when sent handicapping at Kempton and a better effort is expected from him while Aazif's defeat of Theturnofthesun looks better now as the latter scored on the Polytrack earlier this month.
