        Verdict

        Apostle and Hallings Comet are both better than they showed last time while it's difficult to fault the consistency of Dutch Supreme and Nawwaar was only beaten a head over 1m here last month. Eastern Sun is possibly better on an easier surface, however, and Diala has been a little disappointing this year and has failed to justify favouritism in two starts since finishing well beaten in the 1000 Guineas. I'M SO GLAD, on the other hand, has come on in leaps and bounds since May and was winning for the third time in four starts over C&D last month. Only 2lb higher today, she can carry on the good work with Strictly Silver reappearing after a lengthy lay-off.
