Only five runners in this opener but it's a fascinating little contest. We're coming down in favour of DIAMONDHEAD, who had a nice introduction behind Red Seventy at Salisbury. He'll have learned plenty from that and still has some fancy entries. The others are all seeing the racecourse for the first time but there is plenty of speed on the distaff side of Grizzle's pedigree and he may be the pick of the quartet. Firestarter is nicely bred but will surely need further than this.
