Verdict

APOLLINAIRE made all on his debut when scoring over the minimum trip at Doncaster earlier in the month. Pedigree suggests Ralph Beckett’s colt will improve for the extra distance and another bold bid is expected. What A Business finished in front of Red Maharani when runner-up at Chelmsford on his introduction but Amber Road never figured on her debut and stablemate Little Bird is preferred. Grove Ferry is related to winners and another newcomer to note along with Gallaside and Pitchcombe.
