Havana Blue has won over 7f on the Rowley Course and here in his last two starts, the latest convincingly. He's up two grades and 6lb higher but it will be a surprise if he's not involved. Bluelight Bay is up 5lb for landing a Salisbury handicap at this level and loves fast ground while Royal Dubai was staying on strongly at Chester and will be much better suited by this track. TAFREEJ (NAP) was unlucky in-running in the latter event and made amends at Yarmouth. He's on the upgrade and looks the one to beat. Quantum Impact couldn't make inroads in the Britannia at Ascot but his earlier victory at York puts him in the frame for this. Metal Merchant and Sniper's Eye were engaged in the 3.25 at Ascot yesterday.
