        Verdict

        Being There finished ahead of a subsequent winner when runner-up over a slightly shorter trip at Newbury on his debut and should be thereabouts at the finish. But DUKHAN is just preferred as he went close over track and trip on his recent introduction and Hugo Palmer’s colt gets the nod. Of the newcomers, Rastrelli cost 550,000 euros at the sales in May while Deja was also a two-year-old purchase at 350,000gns. Parisian is related to a host of winners including the smart Qushchi and Doswell so is another to note.
