Silkee Supreme was second on her introduction at Bath but the form of that race doesn't look particularly strong and it will be a surprise if he proves good enough to go one better here. Farhaan's claims are more obvious following his second over this trip at Newbury, though neither the third or fourth have managed to frank the form since. Travelling caught the eye on her debut here last month and may have more scope than Yarmouth third Vinnie Jones but there are a few well-bred newcomers in this. Validus has a stayer's pedigree and may need more time but Revered Citizen is a half-brother to a juvenile winner. INITIATOR also looks a likely type and the booking of Johnny Murtagh suggests Jeremy Noseda's colt is ready to do himself justice so he gets the vote.
