Sea Soldier and White Frost have similar profiles in that both improved to land maidens on their latest start and have plenty of scope for improvement on their handicap debuts. Seal Rock is struggling a little now after a good start to the year when he beat Forjatt on the Rowley Mile course here. The latter gets an apprentice's 5lb claim to help him out after a modest effort in similar company last time, while Trade Storm wasn't beaten far when sixth in a Listed race at Goodwood last time and has every chance. However, EL VIENTO also went close at Goodwood a fortnight ago so he gets the vote as he needs only a shade more improvement to get his head in front here.
