        Verdict

        MAGICAL LAND was never getting to Bright Devil here last month but that form received a massive boost when fifth Nando Parrado won the Coventry. William Buick prefers him to Yibir, beaten more than 10 lengths on debut, and newcomer Naval Crown. The latter is one to note for future reference, however, being by Dubawi out of a Listed winner in France. Saeiqa finished third in the Coventry without really threatening and may start at restrictive odds, though the extra furlong will suit. Titian will be one to watch when tackling a mile and further.
