There's just 3lb between the 14 entries on official ratings and most are unexposed types. Roxelana won over a mile at Lingfield in February and might just have needed the run when a strong finishing runner-up at Goodwood last month. Dellbuoy gained a surprise success over Emman Bee at Kempton in March but the runner-up has won twice subsequently. Mayo Lad is consistent though doesn't appear certain to stay this far but Boots And Spurs should have no problems with the trip and ran well on his first start on Turf at Haydock last time. COUNSEL was in the lead at this trip at Sandown but was run out of it in the latter stages so a return to a mile should be enough to enable him to gain his first success.
