        Verdict

        Polly Pott sprang a 40/1 surprise in the May Hill at Doncaster, beating Novakai a length-and-a-half with Ferrari Queen only fifth. The progressive Sparkling Beauty was second in a Group 2 at Deauville in August and Library looks capable of picking up some black type at some time in the future. Alseyoob and Bright Diamond are clearly useful but this all about COMMISSIONING (NAP), who has been hugely impressive in her two victories here to date and should emulate top-class stablemate Inspiral, who won this last year.
