Maybe Today beat three rivals at Doncaster and has also won at Chelmsford this year but is now on a career-high mark. Garrel Glen needs more but Specialise appeared to handle soft going at Haydock last month while there is likely to be more to come from Strelka now she’s got her head in front, though she probably didn’t beat much at Kempton. Any market interest in Tony Martin’s Melburnian would be significant as she’ll be very much at home in the conditions and has been fairly consistent this year but AHORSEWITHNONAME bolted up in soft going at Catterick two runs ago. She has since defied a penalty and Brian Ellison has booked Oisin Murphy for her handicap debut so she could be a bit of value.
