Ponty Rossa is taken to get the better of Pretty Majestic and Ela Aleka Mou in a competitive contest. After two promising runs, Pretty Majestic justified favouritism at Pontefract last time, slamming his field by three lengths at Pontefract. That was a good effort, and he can go well here. After winning on her York debut, Ela Aleka Mou was put in her place by Precious Star next time but that was still a respectable effort. She is well treated here after that defeat and can go close. After belying her starting price of 33-1 when finishing a close runner-up on her debut, Tim Easterby¿s improving filly Ponty Rossa has won twice since, scoring narrowly on each occasion. She may well not have stopped improving and may not be in the handicapper¿s grip. Ponty Rossa can land the hat-trick.
