Last year's Derby fifth and King Edward VII winner Storming Home has failed to greet the judge during the current campaign but is still the TEAMtalk choice in a race that has cut up badly. The Barry Hills-trained four-year-old has not been discredited in Group 1 company this term and, although a little below par last month when third in a Doncaster Listed contest, he should have too much class for inferior rivals. Mutakarrim represents Dermot Weld and has to be respected but this dual-purpose performer's form falls short of what is required to score at this level. Hannibal Lad is a thoroughly game and genuine handicapper but is likely to struggle here while Sunny Glenn has clearly had his problems and looks a shadow of former glories.
