      In depth

      Verdict

Eye Of Heaven is the second foal of a mare who produced a two-year-old winner with her first offspring and Mark Johnston has hit the ground running. Sidi Mansour is by the first-season sire Pride Of Dubai, a Group 1-winning juvenile in Australia. Zamaani cost 210,000gns as a yearling though he's a half-brother to a winning hurdler but the Queen's Tactical is by Toronado out of a two-year-old winner so should be speedy enough to make his presence felt. VENTURA TORMENTA is the seventh foal of a mare who has produced winners with her previous six, including the smart George Bowen, so he's taken to continue the family tradition.
