There is more experience on show in the second division of this maiden. Baaqy was very unlucky here five weeks ago as she missed the break and then got trapped behind a wall of horses when trying to challenge. She was only beaten half-a-length but WALIYAK also showed plenty of ability on debut over track and trip when chasing home the well-regarded Spring Of Love. She is a certain improver so gets the nod. As in the first division, the Haggas stable is mob-handed and First Kingdom is by Kingman. Ice Sprite is the first foal to race of a Listed winner and the Hannon newcomer Little Downs is a half-sister to three winners.
