It’s a while since Sandro Botticelli was in the winner’s enclosure but he is a former Listed winner who can’t get much lower in the weights. Vent De Force won a Group 3 back in 2015 but is another on a downward spiral and three-year-olds have won this three times in the last seven years. NIGHT STORY has only won on Polytrack so far but has been lightly raced on Turf. There is plenty of stamina in his pedigree so he should be suited by a first try over 2m and gets the nod ahead of Bath scorer Here's Alice, though Amourice could be a threat as she’s already won over 1m6f on the July course here. Graceful Lady looks best of the rest but is 4lb wrong in the weights, despite a wide-margin victory in a hands-and-heels race at Newbury.
