    Verdict

NABUCCO relished the testing ground at Salisbury last time when romping to a six length victory. John Gosden's colt is worth sticking with in this as he steps up in class and is just preferred to Chapter Seven. The latter has yet to win this season but goes well in soft going and was beaten only a length over 1m1f in a Group 3 race here last month. Fattsota has come up short in better company of late though he still makes more appeal than both Proud Chieftain and Bana Wu, who may not find the underfoot conditions to their liking.
