    Verdict

Official ratings make Expert a leading contender on today's terms but Mar Mar has the proven form in today's underfoot conditions. The Godolphin filly went close in heavy going over 7f at Salisbury last time and has every chance in this company. But a punt is taken on CHARLES MOLSON as he's less exposed than both of the principals and stormed to a three-length maiden success in soft ground at Bath on his latest start. Argot made a winning start at Nottingham on a fast surface and makes more appeal than Donny Rover.
