Diriculous resumed winning ways on the Polytrack at Great Leighs last month but has paid the penalty at the hands of the handicapper for that success and preference is for the in-form Methaaly, who gets the vote over Film Maker. The last mentioned is the only three-year-old in the line up and remains relatively lightly raced after just four career starts but Brian Meehan's colt needs to improve to trouble the judge so may be best watched. Expensive Art ran better on the Polytrack at Kempton last time and has every chance if able to reproduce the form back on turf, while Dressed To Dance now looks in the grip of the handicapper. Dingaan has like most of Andrew Balding's horses been running consistently well of late and should again be thereabouts but may once more have to settle for minor honours behind Methaaly, who gets the vote. The Michael Mullineaux-trained gelding has been good value for his successes at Ayr and York in his last two starts he is taken to defy the double penalty.
