Havana Star won a classified event at Beverley last week with Ferrier back in third and can race off the same mark back in a handicap. Silk Mill Blue finally won after 20 attempts when beating Elysee Star over track and trip with Great Colaci further behind. SUMMER THUNDER has yet to win but posted a better effort at Kempton on only his second start for Chris Wall and may well be capable of winning off his current mark. Yarmouth winner Casey Banter remains in decent form but Cookie Ring’s earlier placed efforts came over a mile.
