Verdict

A maiden on the all-weather in the UAE, the penalised East Asia has won all three starts on Turf since joining Ian Williams’ yard and may not have finished improving yet. Indigo Times has won four times on the all-weather this year but also carries a penalty but A Star Above went close at Pontefract and should stay this extra distance. The same can be said of ZEEBAND, a dual winner over 1m6f last year and fitted with a visor on the back of a good effort at Newmarket on his reappearance. Roger Varian’s charge gets the vote on his all-weather debut. Blow Your Horn is preferred to stablemate Byron Hill while Raymond won at York last month and Cosmelli won this in 2018.
