A few catch the eye in this among them the returning Rasmee and the three-year-old Aardwolf, highly tried since winning a Class 2 handicap at Doncaster in May off a 4lb higher mark. BANISH is slipping down the handicap and has already won at Lingfield and Kempton. He ran better than the final result suggests at the latter track 11 days ago and has decent claims in this. Cape Peninsular is very consistent but Monsieur Glory will need to take a further step forward from recent victories at Newbury and Bath on only his second run on an artificial surface. Lopes Dancer and Archipeligo add to the interest in a very competitive opener. 6.10
