Since pulling up at Sedgefield a year ago, Janal has run 16 times over fences and won a couple of minor handicaps at Hexham. While this is a low-grade contest, he may do better when back over the bigger obstacles. Devils Delight has won just once in 27 starts over timber but is generally consistent and this won't take much winning. Sundae Best's form figures don't look too bad but he's been beaten a long way on all starts and looks high enough in the weights. Lucinda Russell's horses are running quite well and, though DRAMATIC JEWEL has only shown a glimmer of ability, that may be enough for this as he has only raced over hurdles four times and has more scope than most.
