Grattan Lodge has been at the top of game of late. He easily beat Blue Irish last time out and although he is rising in the weights he will be hard to beat with conditions in his favour. Charming Admiral would rate the main danger on his best form but he has ran disappointingly of late. It is interesting that Mary Reveley has persevered with Scottish Song but he has a 750 day absence to overcome. Kroisos was fourth behind Silver Birch last time but he was well beaten. However this is such a desperate affair he has place claims. The remainder have shown virtually nothing and need to improve significantly to score.
