        Verdict

        Oriental Lilly has won six times around here but is better over further these days. SWISS CONNECTION has gained all of his three career victories over the track and trip and signalled another success was imminent with a close fourth on his return from a long break last month. Stroxx finished in front in that latter event but had the benefit of earlier runs. Scale Force was in cracking form last winter, gaining his third success in a Class 3 handicap at Wolverhampton. He would have an obvious chance on that form but Kaafy's victory there in April came over 6f and that looks his trip. Blazing Hot looks a threat as he scored over the trip on the latter track before leading for much over the way over 6f in subsequent starts.
