Verdict

Capard King has failed to figure in three subsequent outings having won this last year while Speak Of The Devil won at Hexham earlier but was well beaten in third at Kelso last time. First-time cheekpieces had the desired effect on ARD CHROS (NAP) last time and he returned to winning ways at Carlisle. He remains on a winning mark, despite a 3lb rise, and another bold bid is expected. Scoop The Pot has slipped down the weights and finished closer at Sedgefield last time for which he’s due to be raised 2lb while Seemingly So returns to action with a chance on February’s second at Doncaster.
