Forest View failed to show the expected improvement when finding one too good at Leicester last time and MARECHAL NEY makes more appeal. John Gosden’s Frankel colt posted a better effort over 1m2f at Sandown in June and this extra distance should suit the half-brother to a couple of 1m4f winners. Galitello and stablemate Wadacre Gigi made only modest debuts but should finish closer today while Forewarning had little chance in a conditions race last time and this is easier.
