Cripsey Brook, Del Mar Sunset and Press Express are all contenders on the short list and we will side with Del Mar Sunset. Although he is poorly drawn - he has the services of Tony Culhane on this occasion and it is to be hoped that he can outride young James Reveley aboard Cripsey Brook in the finish. Cripsey Brook is likely to be held off the pace but he has never gone well for this jockey and may be worth opposing as a consequence. The pair can account for Mistress Twister. Press Express appeared not to stay 1m4f at Beverley and is back to a more realistic trip. Tony Tie goes well here but won over eight, rather than ten furlongs, on his most recent visit. Silverhay could be interesting if ridden under enterprising tactics. Fairlie is a course and distance winner but she is a tricky filly to catch right. Bright Sun has place prospects but is continuing to fight a losing battle with the handicapper. Cripsey Brook ran eyecatchingly last time out and we believe compensation will await today.
