In depth

Verdict

In this bumper event Nevertika is a tentative choice in modest event, Spitfire Sortie and Unfair Dismissal may do best of the others. The selection put in a very pleasing performance last time when finishing fourth behind Albertas Run at Haydock. He wasn't beaten far and with that winner going in again the form looks rock solid. Spitfie Sortie is a newcomer to watch in the betting. Mick Easterby does well in this sphere and this son of Saddler's Wells is bred to be a decent type. The other debutante to keep on the right side could be Micky Hammond's Unfair Dismissal who is related to some top Irish hurdlers. The pick of the others could be Tuatara Bay, but Nevertika is easily the form horse and he gets the vote.
