In depth

Verdict

Serena Brotherton’s mount International Law is an infrequent winner nowadays but must have solid claims in a race like this having won off a 4lb higher mark at Wolverhampton last year. KINGSON developed a love affair with Beverley last year but was second off a pound higher mark here in October and just about holds both Zealous and Iron Sheriff on that run. Vintage Polly won over a mile here in the autumn but tries this longer trip for the first time.
