MISS SUGARS ran well without threatening the winner when placed in a Class 2 sales race at Newmarket last week. But an earlier narrow-margin defeat in this grade at Doncaster is more pertinent form and David Simcock’s filly is preferred to stablemate and Chelmsford maiden winner Island Vision. Micolys and Bongrace are other maiden winners with the former preferred but Fancy Day failed to figure at Nottingham on her handicap debut and is dropped 4lb.
