      Verdict

      CHOISAN was unfancied for his debut at Doncaster last month but was spotted making up ground in the closing stages to finish a respectable fourth. He'll know more here and is preferred to Stonefield Flyer who wasn't quite good enough to stop Lily's Angel following up over C&D last time. Almond Branches has a bit to find on the evidence of her two runs, but the newcomers Indepub and Moonville could prove good enough on their debuts and are worth noting.
